Position Summary:
Responsible for the support and coordination of global employee benefits.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with tracking renewals for 150+ benefit plans in 30+ countries; including working with regional HR to gain an understanding of regional needs and concerns.
- Assist with responding to employee inquiries via phone or email.
- Assisting with leave of absence requests, which requires a high-level of confidentiality and the ability to speak with and listen to employees who are requesting assistance with an absence.
- Assist with the processing and payment of vendor invoices including working with internal departments to confirm payment completion.
- Performs other Benefits-related duties as required.
- Discretion will be handling confidential data
Education:
Currently pursuing a Business Administration or a related field in Human Resources.
Communication Skills:
Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers in order to obtain and/or provide explanations and/or information on technical and other complex concepts to individuals with little or no background in the subject under discussion.
