Team Support HWS - Logistic & Deliveries - PETAH TIKVA

We are looking for Team Support HWS - Logistic & Deliveries-Job Definition and you will be responsible for:

• RMA management for customers & CBUs
• Deliveries for customers & CBUs
• Logistical support to Internal & external customers
• Raw materials and components equipping for repair centers.
• Internal RMAs and Capex orders
• OTD by Customer’s SLA
• SPM replenishes.
• SLA performances
• On Time Delivery  Priority inventory management Budget control

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills:  presentations, written and public speaking
• Demonstrates the highest standards of ethical behavior and absolute discretion with sensitive information
• Strong problem-solving skills including the ability to address any issue in collaboration with others, identify and prevent potential problems and develop problem solving skills in others

Required Qualifications

• University degree
• Proven experience  in  international  customer facing role
• High level of English
• Customer oriented
