This role requires exemplary communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to navigate efficiently among agency teams, creative partners, and client stakeholders. Previous experience working with agencies is essential, as is a deep understanding of media specifications for a diverse range of digital and social media platforms (67% digital and 33% traditional media). This position demands the capacity to multitask effectively and manage multiple requests with concurrent timelines.

While the focal point remains on Digital Media, encompassing areas such as Social and Digital Direct-Programmatic across OLA/OLV, this position also involves other media channels for specific campaigns, including Audio, Out-of-Home, and Local TV. Proficiency in creative best practices and the ability to make informed decisions on asset prioritization are also key components of the role.

Success in this role will be measured by the seamless, accurate, and timely delivery of assets necessary for media activations. Additionally, a marked reduction in the time and effort expended by our Clients on these tasks will underscore the effectiveness of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end process of creative trafficking, orchestrating collaboration among client teams, creative teams, media agencies, and vendor partners.
  • Approach tasks from a consumer-centric perspective, intuitively identifying assets that will effectively elicit desired behaviors.
  • Facilitate the sharing of files from our EasyPortal with the Media team, ensuring that assets align seamlessly with media buys.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive social tracker for each campaign, encompassing creative names, caption copy for posting, targeting specifics, and timing.
  • Oversee asset versions and implement A/B testing changes during campaigns.
  • Take charge of content uploads to our owned channels, with a special focus on platforms like YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the client team to update smartsheets and traffic forms for digital platforms, distinct from the responsibilities of the external agency.
  • Leverage extensive media expertise, particularly in the digital realm, to contribute innovative ideas and recommendations.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and vendor partners, ensuring the accurate mapping of assets.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency and provide actionable solutions for asset creation and project management processes.
  • Monitor work-stream statuses and seamlessly transition between multiple campaign threads.

Key Interpersonal Skills

  • Proficiency in fostering collaborative teamwork and effective communication across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to cultivate positive relationships with client teams, facilitating the flawless execution of plans.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in media, especially within the digital landscape, and the capacity to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Background in creative work, enabling well-informed decision-making regarding required and recommended assets.
  • Proven success in team management, handling concurrent projects, and autonomously meeting tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and adept analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in technical tools, including mastery of media systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong critical thinking and adeptness in problem-solving.
  • Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles, coupled with familiarity with media concepts, terminology, creative processes, and budgetary requirements.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

If you meet these qualifications and are excited to take on a critical role in seamlessly connecting media planning, creative development, and successful campaign execution, we invite you to apply for this position. Your expertise, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit will contribute to our continued success in delivering exceptional campaigns across diverse media channels.
