Facility Service Center – Nuvolo Support

Columbus, IN

Full-Time, Permanent

THE ROLE 

Reporting to the Director, Facilities Maintenance within our NA Maintenance Team, the Supervisor will be responsible for leadership of Service Center Specialist, recruiting, performance management, productivity, professional development, mentoring and coaching, and employee satisfaction and engagement.  Ensures employees are kept informed of updates, changes and new direction through regular communications and team meetings.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Here are just a few ways that you’ll help make journeys better:  

  • Provide day to day Coaching, support for front line team members to achieve objectives, create highly effective teams with a focus on career development
  • Oversee and monitor the daily activities of the Service Center team and support resolution of escalated issues.
  • Participate in the development and execution of operational plans
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and creates an environment where all employees seek contribution to the successes of the company
  • Manage and maintain relationships with numerous internal and external stakeholders

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical concepts.
  • A proven ability to coach team members leading to meaningful results.
  • Strong problem solving, and business presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to different personalities.
  • High ability to set priorities, meet deliverables and work with minimal supervision.
  • General service maintenance knowledge and experience would be considered a strong asset.

JOB EXPERIENCE

  • Experience from store operation, service management or technical support is an advantage.
  • Service orientation and willing to help when needed at the ‘front line’.
  • Managerial-Supervisory experience.
