Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Oracle Master Data Management MDM Suite. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Define and finalize the ERP SCM Master data harmonization plan and methodology with Savola business and IT - Collaborate with Savola's business and IT teams to Extract, Clean, and Harmonize Master data for SCM modules. Savola is using EBS and is transitioning to Fusion. - Define and construct future Master data structures and hierarchies as needed - Define standards, classification, numbers, and transform the Master data to new structure - Perform functional and technical mapping between old and new master data sets - Perform validations on mappings and obtain Business and IT approvals - Assist the data load & validation activities to new fusion system - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Master Data Management MDM Suite applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Oracle Master Data Management Suite, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Master Data Management MDM Suite. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Java, J2EE, and Oracle SOA Suite. - Someone with good communication & presentation skills - Readiness to follow the Saudi Arabia Region-specific working hours - Should be Open for Travel to client office (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia) on need basis - Experience in leading and managing development teams. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Master Data Management MDM Suite. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
