Overview

As a Transition Management Analyst, you will collaborate with the migration leader to strategize and implement one or more migration projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful migration of roles into our Global Business Services (GBS). You will work closely with the team to facilitate knowledge sharing with the delivery team, ensuring that everyone is well-prepared for a smooth transition during the go-live phase.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks by preparing, owning, and tracking detailed project plans, and setting up the governance rhythm.
  • Monitor the progress of multiple project deliverables, maintain project timelines, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and report risks, collaborating with respective teams to establish and execute mitigation plans.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders and manage key stakeholder relationships, facilitating communication and escalation as needed.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver service metrics for planned migration, required service documentation, facility/seating availability, and necessary IT infrastructure.
  • Report on transition metrics, such as timeline and budget adherence, and ensure a high level of quality in all deliverables.
  • Manage logistics for knowledge capture and associated travel requirements.
  • Propose and drive improvement ideas to enhance execution methodology within the organization.

Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience with a project management background.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work with different stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management and client handling skills (domestic & international).
  • A track record of excellent project execution/delivery is preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office – particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience with change management in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Understanding of metrics, process improvements, lean, and six sigma methodologies would be helpful.
