Architect - Application Development - Gandipet Mandal / Hyderabad, India

As the Application Development Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development team in designing, building, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using React, Android, and iOS technologies. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise as a full stack developer to drive the development of end-to-end solutions, including front-end, back-end, and API development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of applications that meet customer expectations. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation.

• Lead a team of application developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in designing and developing mobile and full stack applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Drive the development and implementation of mobile applications using React, Android, and iOS technologies, ensuring high performance, usability, and scalability.
• Design and develop user interfaces, utilizing modern front-end technologies and frameworks, to deliver intuitive and visually appealing mobile applications.

Years of Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in mobile application development, with expertise in React, Android, and iOS technologies.
• Strong full stack development skills, with proficiency in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.), back-end (Node.js, Java, Python, etc.), and API development technologies.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications and full stack solutions, from design to deployment, with a focus on usability, performance, and scalability.
• Excellent understanding of mobile app development best practices, user interface design principles, and mobile platform-specific guidelines.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Develop back-end systems and APIs using appropriate technologies, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.
• Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile and full stack development, continuously evaluating and recommending new tools and frameworks to improve development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration of mobile applications with backend systems, databases, and third-party services.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and security of developed applications through rigorous testing and adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, database management, and server-side development.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with backend technologies and frameworks, such as Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools, and agile software development methodologies.
