Обязанности:

Build required capability in BU BCCA E2E SC organization in the regions of Belarus, the Caucasus and Central Asia (hereinafter referred to as the SC, enabling people to implement a LEAN deployment strategy by leading and contributing to unlock leadership and complex problem-solving potential:

• Work with the Category Leader of Operational Business Process Improvement (ESSA), Category Operations Director, Site Leadership Team to align the strategy, develop the program rollout plan, and track its progress and effectiveness;
• Ensure that the relevant competencies for LEAN implementation are available on site;
• Provide regular coaching to leadership teams at the business unit/site level at significant moments (e.g., strategy building, QCDM meetings, standard management work (LSW)) to create sustainable LEAN behaviors;
• Work proactively with senior management by engaging them in quality improvement and ensuring continued commitment and resources;
• Establish and maintain good governance, scorecard, incentive program review protocols to ensure that progress is being tracked, supported, expanded, and celebrated;
• Lead the development and deployment of a Lean skills development program;
• Organize and conduct trainings and coaching sessions with key coaches, specialists in physical standards and standard work, developing employees to ensure the effective implementation and sustainable development of the Lean program (Lean Production);
• Through trainings and individual sessions of the Site Leadership Team, implement and ensure stable progress of Lean leadership elements (Lean management) and effective behavior models;
• Communicate standards and principles for on-site Lean implementation and lead the development of plans to ensure critical requirements are met;
• Organize the process and ensure that all elements of the Lean culture are in place to fully and timely deploy the Lean program;
• Ensure stability and continuous improvement of elements of Lean culture through the Lean Management System.

Требования:

• Education: Higher technical;
• Required skills: English language - Fluency, work with a technique computer user skills;
• Total work experience: 5 years in the food industry;
• The deep technological knowledge. High quality in the operating;
• Decision making - see the relationship in the data, trends, etc;
• Knowledge of quality systems, compliance with the law;
• Deep understanding the key performance indicators, reporting and performance management systems;
• Advance facilitator and trainer.
