Sr Logistics Coordinator Food - Zaventem, Belgium; Veurne, Belgium

PepsiCo Netherlands is looking for Senior Logistics Coordinator to join on 2 years Fixed Term Contract in Zaventem (other possible location is Veurne). 

Job Purpose 

• Coordination of flawless operational execution of 3PL warehousing activities for the PepsiCo food portfolio
• Keep track of stock accuracy and related stock process impact at the external location
• Review and analysis of KPI’s of the assigned 3PL, propose and implement corrective actions if necessar
• Managing improvement projects related to 3PL activities for the PepsiCo food portfolio
• Managing improvement projects related to all inbound activities
• Responsible for traceability process in line with PEP guidelines and governmental requirements
• Responsible for a correct invoicing process in SAP E2E and weekly/monthly reporting of operational and financial results in line of the budget planning regarding logistics activities for the food portfolio. 

• Signal trends in upsides or downsides in both quality, operational and financial results, and acts to mitigate current deviations
• Implement and follow up corrective and preventive actions to solve qualitative, operational and financial issues
• Review of existing 3PL SLAs: Identify gaps with respect to the contract SLA’s and takes actions to mitigate or redefine current KPI
• Apply Global Control Standards in the processes under his/her accountability, following corporate and local policies as periodically updated and communicated, and ensure correct execution and documentation of controls
• Flawless execution of end-to-end 3PL activities, in collaboration with PepsiCo customer service and planning team
• Actively engaged in productivity projects and continues improvement projects related to 3PL’s
• Identify gaps in the current execution of the contract and creates transparency by improving current working procedures.
• Responsible for warehouse tenders as stakeholder for the procurement team
• Responsible for preparation, review, and improvement of month-end closing and forecasting, both financially and on logistic performance (KPI’s)
• Responsible for the preparation of budget / AOP exercise for warehousing food activities
• Provide warehousing & transport volume, costing data and analysis to support P & L calculations
• Act as back-up of Logistics manager in his / her absence

• Master degree in supply chain management or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in warehousing/3PL supply chain management including knowledge of warehousing and transportation standard and regulations
• Fluent in Dutch & English
• Great communicator with ability to convince and motivate others (internal & external)
• High level of stakeholder management is required, able to handle multi million euro contracts with large 3PL’s
• Highly customer-focused with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office modules (especially Excel)
• Analytical mindset
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems for automated warehouses
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills based on Lean/Six Sigma principles.
