This role is an inidvidual contributor role reporting into the ESG Program Manager. 


Responsibilities

This role will support the execution of a comprehensive internal stakeholder engagement strategy related to new ESG reporting requirements. This role will be required to work within a highly matrixed global environment and collaborate with a team spanning multiple functions including Sustainability, Control, Finance, Legal, Tax, Human Resources, and IT. As part of the engagement strategy, the Senior Analyst will drive organizational awareness and support learning and training efforts, from the development of training content to the rollout of training platforms. Key activities in this role will include stakeholder planning, developing content, and monitoring progress. This role will be a key enabler to ensuring PepsiCo is ready to report in accordance with the timing and deadlines established by ESG regulatory requirements, and that the company successfully adopts these new requirements and data ownership on a global scale

  • Contribute to development and execution of strategic stakeholder engagement plans that will enable PepsiCo to successfully understand, adopt and champion transformational organizational changes related to ESG regulatory reporting
  • Design materials spanning a variety of vehicles to drive awareness and engagement across the organization, from data providers to executive audiences
  • Support the development and implementation of training materials for internal stakeholders
  • Track metrics to measure effectiveness and progress against objectives to inform further program optimization
  • Maintain team collaboration sites and key trackers / content repositories, as well as data visualization dashboards
  • Templatize + execute logistics of planned engagement (may include scheduling, slide storyboarding, gathering results, sending recaps)
  • Be willing and able to travel domestically and globally as needed (~10-20%)



Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have at least 3+ years of communications experience
  • Must have experience in PowerPoint and an excellent presentation style
  • Passion for and basic to moderate knowledge of sustainability
  • Basic to moderate understanding of the sustainability reporting landscape and the key reporting frameworks
  • Experience/Understanding of ESG principles and/or related reporting frameworks and regulations.
  • Ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling materials for internal stakeholders and communicate through a variety of vehicles (emails, presentations, infographics, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate complex subject matter in business terms, taking technical information and making it digestible
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills; excellent follow-through and sense of urgency
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills; able to work in a highly matrixed global environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to embrace ambiguity and to be nimble given shifting priorities and challenging business landscape
  • Be willing and able to travel domestically and globally as needed (~10-20%)

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Change management or training experience a plus
  • Graphic design experience preferred using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience using video editing software such as Vyond or similiar software
  • Experience using SmartSheets

 

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $74,800 - $125,250 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
