Обязанности:

1.    Business Model

  • In coordination with respective support Teams (e.g. Legal, Finance, HR and Ops) define the most appropriated business model for Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia (Caucasus) ensuring legal country compliance, enable business expansion and most favorable tax framework
  • In coordination with BUCCA functional head assure PepsiCo’s Operational Model is implemented and effectively works in Caucasus


2.    Business Development

  • Based on SBP define the Strategy to grow business in all countries of the Region
  • Execute the Business strategy in Caucasus in the most appropriate way, ensuring developing and implementing operational plans in line with marketing and commercial strategic objectives
  • Provide Leadership and vision to the Organization by assisting senior management and staff with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting on progress
  • Work closely with functional Heads on building effective regional structure and processes to provide required service level to PEP customers


3.    Production

  • Together with the BUCCA Operations, design and implement the most favorable manufacturing and supply chain strategy, considering the economic and political factors to ensure product availability and competitiveness vs local produced goods
  • Play the enabler role with manufacturing and CS&L Teams to deliver productivity targets


4.    Sales operations/ Distribution

  • Monitor performance and stimulate performance to achieve Strong Gold rating in all CAU markets
  • Lead and implement PepsiCo multi-category sales strategy and new GTM architecture as well as expansion plans (portfolio, geography, pricing, etc.) to achieve company objectives
  • Responsible for all business magnitudes: volume, revenue & NOPBT through:
  1. Development and execution of the most efficient sales / commercial programs.
  2. Execution of PepsiCo commercial policy and terms of trade with Distributors, OT.
  3. Allocation/reallocation of necessary resources (workforce, budgets, tools for promotion)
  4. Leading distributors strategy and required capability development by direct involvement in negotiations and projects with major clients, distributors, OT
  5. Driving local customers development
  • Ensure maximum availability of PepsiCo’s products and services, monitor customer service levels and investigate incidents in order to develop solution for customer service improvement and customer loyalty increase.
  • Approve standards of sales equipment used in the field and drives placement of equipment at customers’ selling points in line with commercial and marketing plans in order to achieve planned categories presence and contribute to categories positioning
  • Develop FOBO business strategy, EBA governance, Supply Chain
  • Develop and assure efficient distribution for all categories, monitor building motivation programs for Sales Force and Distributors for reaching required targets
  • Lead and implement the required commercial structure that will ensure sustained performance, personal development, motivation, upgrade professional skills, and personal growth of the commercial Team. GM Caucasus will also ensure that the sales Team consistently out performs the targets set by the company in terms of sales volume, revenue, distribution, profit and execution standards.

 

5.    Marketing and trade Marketing

  • Lead the marketing Team in creation of an innovative marketing strategy and the operational plan that maximizes the resources invested and supports the business objectives
  • Develop innovation agenda, brand strategy, marketing calendar and execution plans to maximize invested resources
  • Ensure proper and effective communication of the marketing programs to the sales force and distributors
  • Translate the consumer programs into sales / commercial programs both for DTS, OT and regional team and for Distributors as well
  • Develop in-store execution standards and customer marketing plans, drive implementation in order to contribute to achieving aspired categories positioning
  • Permanent analyses and evaluation of marketing programs, consumer effectiveness and market research


6.    Franchise Beverages

  • Build, align and manage FOBO / Beverages Category strategy and road map for Caucasus
  • Design and execute marketing plan in cooperation with bottlers and Central functions / EER, CoE Bev
  • Annually plan the business objectives
  • In cooperation with Region and bottlers develop, align and execute raw materials and components delivery to bottlers (sugar, water, malts etc)
  • Ensure that Q&A quality consistent on bottlers’ side (Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia)
  • Negotiate, align and execute concentrate annual plan with bottlers
  • Ensure execution of the contract
  • Guarding the renewal of the contracts and refranchise process in coordination with the Central team / EER


7.    Team

  • Lead the design of the Caucasus organization as One and be a role model for the team
  • Ensure the organization embeds unified PepsiCo Culture and Values
  • Within the framework of HR policies and procedures drive the capability development within the team, and engagement of frontline, build and develop sustainable leadership talent pipeline, by supporting the design of the adequate career plans, training programs and coaching process
  • Assess the talent pool against critical experiences for each management team role
  • Establish and lead Managers’ Leadership Meetings and ensure the effective communication between all functions 
  • Fill all positions in the management team, ensuring it supports the business objectives in appropriate way and is cost efficient

 

8.    Budgeting/Planning

  • Ensure the preparation of annual plans to define financial, human and other resources to realize the strategy execution and manage budgets for three countries
  • Assumes full ownership and responsibilities  on PEP P&L in Caucasus:
  • Financial and commercial magnitudes: volume, revenue, OPEX, NOPBT


9.    Net Revenue management/ Price Policy

  • Ensure delivery of Net Revenue targets in Caucasus in most optimal way. Drive revenue management implementation. Ensure price execution at the store level and price structure development for different channels


10.  PepsiCo internal control related responsibilities (GCS):

  • Ensure effective execution of controls according to PepsiCo requirements;
  • Timely inform process owners/process executives and internal control function about any changes in risks/process/business that may impact control effectiveness or control execution;
  • Monitor control effectiveness on an on-going basis and remediate control deficiencies in time
  • Provide timely documents, information and explanations regarding controls on request

 

11.  Representation of the company in the role of General Director:

  • Within the framework of the powers, duties and responsibilities defined by the company's charter
  • Within the framework of the legislation of Georgia, the company's representation before state organizations, including with tax authorities and the Ministry of revenue
  • Representation of the company before third parties, banks, associations, unions
  • Control, confirmation and signing of all types of internal and external documents, contracts, agreements, memos, policies, orders and other documents
  • Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
  • Other additional functions-duties, which may arise during the effective and successful operation of the company
Требования:

This position is critical for delivering the BUCCA SBP strategic objectives.

Based on this, the profile of the candidate must include:


  • Solid business experience (10 years+) at Executive commercial level, preferably on GM/Country Manager role in FMCG
  • Strong commercial understanding & experience in P&L accountability
  • Proven experience in operations and supply chain management
  • Track record of delivering consistent business results
  • Ability to manage intense complexity while maintaining composure
  • Experience in building highly capable teams
