COMPLETE Senior Director - Category Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving the PNL and heading business of a very large category at Myntra.
• Identifying untapped whitespaces within the category and scale them strategically.
• Managing complex, cross-functional and cross-organizational projects.
• Entrepreneurial environment solving complex problems, chartering a path through ambiguity and delivering innovative solutions.
• An experienced and exceptional candidate who will also be responsible for launch and expansion of many new verticals like Handloom, Regional Marquee , Designer wear category. Working with multiple internal and external stakeholders right from opportunity sizing, defining landscape, to creating a business , operational and financial model for the whitespace and leading it from strategizing to execution.
• Responsible for driving business results and lead this category with close collaboration with Demand Sell Side, Business Finance, Supply Chain & Marketing.
• An innovative leader who has experience in leading critical programs or product launches. He or She will have a proven track record of succeeding in ambiguous situations and managing complexity. He or She will be comfortable taking risks and learning from business outcomes. The successful candidate will be a highly collaborative, high-energy, self-starter, with strong business acumen, and acute analytical skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Marry Supply Side Inputs with Demand Side to build a 360 degree view for the category.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 13 + years  of relevant experience with strong e-commerce or Retail experience.
• NIFT / MBA from Tier-1/2 B School
• Strong analytical skills and process orientation, with strong attention to detail and ability to make data-backed decisions.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Self-directed focus and ability to prioritize within an ambiguous environment.
• Ability to execute and follow through on high-quality output, with limited oversight.
• Ability to work with cross-functional leaders and influence/rally/align them towards a common org/business goal.
• Proficiency in Excel would be extremely helpful in this role.
