Human Resources Coordinator - Pelahatchie, MS (Mid South Baking Company)

The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to the Human Resources department under the direction and guidance of the HR Leadership Team

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate employee engagement and appreciation activities
• Coordinate new hire orientation including conference room scheduling, ordering lunch, collecting I9 data, etc.
• Coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, assessments and plant tours.
• Coordinate and schedule New Hire Orientation
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and HRIS processes.
• Maintain company electronic and physical bulletin boards through the development, creation and posting of information.
• Order materials and supplies for the HR department.
• Generate and prepare HR reports using various HRIS systems.
• Monitor completion of HRIS transactions
• Initiate communications to the leadership team to ensure outstanding HR transactions are updated and complete.
• Prepare weekly HR summary reports for payroll and safety.
• Create periodic and ad hoc HR reports including charts, graphs and departmental KPI performance.
• Assist employees with inquires and issues.
• Participate in cross functional teams such as the Safety Committee, Food Safety Quality, Engagement, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by the HR Leadership Team
