Job Title : Manager, Curation - Marketing

Job Summary : We are currently seeking a highly motivated and confident Manager for Premium + Ethnic Fashion Content. Candidate should be a responsible leader with self-driven abilities, possessing strong and detailed skills in fashion trend identification & development. Can work in a fast paced work environment. External stakeholder collaboration and great communication is vital.
Responsibilities and duties :
1. Be the first to spot trends across fashion, accessories & beauty for Premium & GenZ consumer cohorts.
2. Research & build monthly Trend decks for vendors to aid in product development
3. Collaborate with creative, store-front , category & marketing teams to surface apparel + non-apparel trends across Myntra.
5. Manage a team of 4 trend curators.

6. Coordinate timelines with internal and external team members to meet project deadlines.
7. Collaborate with the Tech team for AI trend identification & mapping.
8. Collaborate with Art & Styling teams for New Season / Festive / Wedding / Sale etc campaign shoots.
Skills and qualifications :
1. Fashion expert keeping up fashion forecast, current trends via catwalk + brands + publications. Has in-depth understanding of fabric, detail & silhouette fashion terminology.
2. Atleast 5 year experience in fashion and team management
3. Strong communication skills.
