Business Analyst – Finance, AML, and Markets

Position Summary:

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with 6-9 years of experience in compliance, AML, and markets. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who can identify areas of risk and provide solutions to mitigate them. The ideal candidate will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a strong understanding of financial and regulatory concepts.

• Well versed with AML and Core-banking Domain knowledge (Payments, KYC and other banking knowledge are good-to-have skills).

• Good communication skills and writing skills with ability to produce clear and concise documents explaining the requirements to technical audience along with Prioritization skills

• Requirement gathering and analysis skills

• Data Analysis skills(SQL query Knowledge) with basic knowledge on Datawarehouse Concepts

• Basic knowledge on ETL Data Mapping between source and target tables

• Support SIT/UAT defects triage calls

• Should have experience to be involved in project end-to-end lifecycle including handling PROD issues

• Must be able to work with global stakeholders from different regions such as NAM/LATAM, APAC/EMEA, etc

• Able to create FRD, BRD ,and user stories. (Good-to-have knowledge on JIRA and confluence)

• Should be a quick learner who can work with multiple teams and preferably worked with IT companies
