I aim to provide a friendly and innovative learning environment where learning can flourish. My guiding principle is every student counts, and We believe that success is achieved through hard work and effective support. We also appreciate that learning does not just take place in the classroom and that experiential learning is as important in a child's development. Therefore, We see an important role that we play in ensuring we create as many positive experiences as we can. It is always my intention to support pupils to take advantage of all possible opportunities that come their way and create memories that last a lifetime.

An important assessment that we make on pupil progress is their attitude towards learning. This is why we aspire to foster respect for themselves and others, encourage responsibility in their destiny. We aim to develop a generation who have pride in their talents and skills for their benefit and that of the community in which they live.

Truly successful education is a partnership between schools, pupils, parents, and our community. We share with parents and guardians the same aspirations for our young people and this involves being happy, safe, and successful. We make every effort to offer our pupils the best academic education, pastoral care, and moral direction.

At regular intervals, during your child’s school career, there are opportunities to meet with tutors and staff to review and discuss progress and to enable future planning. We recognize the importance of self-evaluating progress and target-setting. Targets are reviewed every term to ensure that your child is striving to reach his/her potential as he/she progresses through Key Stages 3 and 4 into post 16 education and beyond.
