Located on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, less than 65 minutes from Quebec City, the Collège de Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière is a private high-school rich with more than 185 years of history. Since the 1960s, our unique and inspiring institution has welcomed hundreds of students from North and South America, Europe and Asia, for an unforgettable short or long-term French Immersion experience (summer camps, language school, short or long stay, etc.).
Our French as a Foreign Language classes are based upon the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CECR), which favors the communicative approach. This foundation, offered in all levels, from beginner to high advanced, leads our students to develop their language proficiency and self-confidence.
In addition to French Immersion classes, our international students are also welcome to enroll in our institution as regular students to get a high-school diploma and obtain the possibility of attending college or other educational institutions.
