E-learning is a way of teaching using modern communication mechanisms, computers, networks, multimedia, Internet portals to deliver information to learners faster and cheaper, making the educational process management and control, measuring, and evaluating learners' performance. Numerous of this kind of communication and interaction is through e-mail and online forums and chat rooms, and many communication media, to enable the learner to receive a scientific article commensurate with his abilities through Audio, visual and printed media and the like. Avoiding the limitation of space and time for implementing the education process helps find vast opportunities to study in distance education universities to disseminate science and knowledge in the community to achieve prosperity and civilization.
E-learning currently occupies a high position in the universities and academic institutes and is given priority by the departments in these educational institutions. Universities have spread distance education. Open education and visual education in most countries in the world.
