Founded in 1995 as International Relations Institute "Perspectiva" In 2005 re-registered as University "Perspectiva-Int." Certificate №–1005600026842 State Register Chamber of the Ministry of the Justice Republic of Moldova. The License of the License Chamber of the Republic of Moldova А ММII №–016372 from 1.07.2005. Certificate of State Accreditation AU №–000126 from 27.05.2004 of the Ministry of Education of Republic of Moldova.
According to the modern requirements and the European standards for activity in the state and private sector and activity at the modern enterprises, the University prepares specialists in foreign companies and international structures. Curricula provide fundamental scientific-practical ground. Graduates receive the Diploma in higher education of the Ministry of Education of Republic Moldova. The University has all necessary for successful educational activity, stable and dynamic development: the qualified teaching staff, modern library, computer classes, student's cafe, supports academic and scientific relations with universities and the scientific organizations in the country and abroad.
Languages of training: Romanian and Russian. Education is on a contract basis. The credit is possible. The form of training – full-time attendance and distance learning (correspondence). For persons with higher education - Master studies and professional training.
